Tottenham Carnival 2003



Tottenham's seventh Community Festival and Carnival took place on Saturday 21 June 2003 at Bruce Castle Park. The carnival procession kicked off the event, which started at 12:00pm until 8.00pm.

Fun activities for all:

The activities at this year's event included: music and dance, workshops, arts and crafts, stalls, funfair, food and bar areas and a car-boot sale. Schools and local dance/vocal groups included: Haringey Shed, Risley Avenue, Stamford Hill, The Real Diamonds, Kids Ahead, Asaria and the Deegan School of Irish Dance who performed on the day. There was also a sizzling Salsa from the Bar Latina stage.

Carnival route:

The Carnival route started from Eade Road (off Seven Sisters Road), down Seven Sisters Road to Tottenham High Road, Bruce Grove and into Bruce Castle Park.
